GENERAL OBJECTIVE
To develop professional competencies for strategic and tactical roles in organizations, through the design and/or implementation of studies, products, services, processes, and solutions that contribute to quality, productivity, and innovation in management.
SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES
- To provide comprehensive theoretical and practical training, enabling graduates to perform effectively and efficiently in diverse organizational and professional settings;
- To prepare competent, versatile professionals who serve as agents of innovation and change, capable of navigating culturally diverse and dynamic organizational environments;
- To contribute to the advancement of management and controllership in public and private organizations – particularly those in Brazil’s Northeast and North regions – through excellence in teaching and applied technological research;
- To establish the Program as a reference center for studies in Management and Controllership by developing knowledge and technologies that enhance existing management models and practices;
- To cultivate students’ ability to conduct applied research that meets the evolving demands of the labor market.
